We work with nonprofit organizations to help them develop and refine strategic plans, and to raise the philanthropic capital to achieve their goals. We bring a rigorous focus on results – and how best to align organizations to achieve those in the most efficient way possible. We have deep expertise in all aspects of strategic planning – from helping to define mission, to clarifying key organizational activities, to helping ensure that the right leadership in place. Additionally, we help organizations develop a “Pathway to Fundraising” to ensure they have the funding to achieve their goals. We also work closely on board development and succession planning to facilitate effective governance and financial health.
